Jennifer Bajus is KRAV MAGA FORCE F.I.R.E.. She is a Krav Maga Practitioner with over 20 years of combative sports experience and holds Black Belt rankings with Krav Maga Force, United Fighting Arts Federation (UFAF, a Chuck Norris system), and Federation of Israeli Martial Arts (FIMA). Jennifer is also an active member of the International Bodyguard Association.
Jennifer has appeared on BC’s Global News as well as interviewed on The Mike Smythe show on CKNW 980 on her Self Protection on Knives program.
Jennifer’s Self Protection and Personal Security system is a Multidisciplinary Approach. She is the only Civilian Self Protection expert in Canada that has combined street fighting with scientifically proven self defense systems incorporated from world renowned Self Protection experts including Tim Larkin (who trains the US Navy Seals) of Target Focus Training and the Human Weapon system, Tony Blauer of the SPEAR System (Spontaneous Protection Enabling Accelerated Response and Jim Wagner. And thus Jennifer’s Self Protection system is the most unique Self-Defense system implementing fundamentals through continuous education from these various disciplines.
She empowers every single person she trains with knowledge on understanding the two major types of violence and the potential impact they have. Jennifer will enable you with the ability to detect and avoid a violent encounter, how to de-escalate and defuse and ultimately how to deploy tactical and combative skills when absolutely necessary and is the last alternative. She will help you acquire the right mindset to ensure your personal security is optimized!
Until now, the Self Defense systems Jennifer teaches were mainly available to the military and special operations, law enforcement, armed forces, airport and airlines security and the like. She is the first female Bodyguard, Special Self Protection Officer and Instructor in Canada who now brings this diversified set of specialized skills to the public.
Jen is an active member of the International Bodyguard Association (IBA) which was founded in 1957 by Major Lucien Victor Ott who was a much decorated French Para-commando veteran. The IBA is the oldest and largest bodyguard association worldwide and is the premier world training organization for Bodyguards. Jen has been trained by the highest level of training to government, military, police and civilian Bodyguards. She has developed professional skills and industry knowledge and is highly skilled in protective skills. Jen specializes in self protective services for Women where discretion, privacy and safety is of highest priority.
